This study examines the transformation of the motion design process under the influence of generative neural networks, which function not as technical assistants but as agents redefining the logic of visual thinking. The timeliness of this study stems from the rapid adoption of diffusion models in commercial practice amid a critical shortage of methodological frameworks that account for the specifics of temporal media and the communicative parameters of animation. The goal of this study is to develop a hybrid design methodology that balances the unpredictability of algorithmic generation with the requirements of authorial control. The objectives include identifying optimal stages of neural network application in the production cycle, systematizing patterns of productive engineering as an extended form of design thinking, and analyzing the ethical and legal conflicts of authorship in the context of delegated agency. The methodological framework is built on Lev Manovich's concept of "AI Aesthetics," the theory of documented hybridity, and the principles of reflexive practice adapted to the context of visual communications. The results are based on an empirical analysis of fifteen commercial projects using Runway Gen-3, Midjourney, and Kling AI, which allowed us to establish an inverse relationship between the effectiveness of neural networks and the specificity of the communication task and to document a temporal paradox — a reduction in conceptualization with an increase in the overall production cycle. The unique contribution of the study lies in the formalization of a tripartite structure of prompts, ensuring the predictability of generation, and the justification for the need to document the ratio of neural network and traditional components as a condition for authorship transparency and professional responsibility.
