В статье раскрыта специфика культурного подхода к решению проблемы гендерного неравенства и пониманию её содержания в сапатистских автономных поселениях в мексиканском штате Чьяпас. Целью исследования является определение причин возникновения, сущности гендерного вопроса с позиций сапатистов, а также путей его решения с опорой на культурные традиции и ценности коренных народов Мексики. Актуальность работы заключается в выявлении роли культурных практик сапатистов в решении гендерной проблемы в Мексике. Научная новизна связана с выяснением культурных особенностей восприятия сапатистами положения и роли женщин с учётом национального, этнического и аксиологического факторов, а также практических шагов в устранении их неравного положения в обществе. В результате определены ценностные ориентиры сапатистского проекта решения гендерного вопроса, причины его появления, способы актуализации этой проблемы и пути воплощения этого проекта на практике. Особое внимание уделяется культурным репрезентациям сапатизма в области преодоления гендерного неравенства.

Zapatista cultural practices in the context of gender issues in contemporary Mexico

The article reveals the specifics of the cultural approach to solving the problem of gender inequality and understanding its content in the Zapatista autonomous settlements in the Mexican state of Chiapas. The purpose of the study is to determine the causes and essence of the gender issue from the Zapatista perspective, as well as ways to solve it based on the cultural traditions and values of the indigenous peoples of Mexico. The relevance of the work lies in identifying the role of the cultural practices of the Zapatistas in solving the gender problem in Mexico. The scientific novelty is associated with the identification of cultural features of the Zapatistas' perception of the position and role of women, taking into account national, ethnic and axiological factors, as well as practical steps to eliminate their unequal position in society. As a result, the value orientations of the Zapatista project for solving the gender issue, the reasons for its emergence, the ways of actualizing this problem and the ways of implementing this project in practice are determined. Particular attention is paid to the cultural representations of Zapatism in the field of overcoming gender inequality.
