В статье рассматривается использование ФРГ различных механизмов культурного, гуманитарного и дипломатического влияния в отношении сопредельных, стратегически важных иностранных государств, а также характер использования инструментов "мягкой силы" в период канцлерства А. Меркель (2005-2021 гг.). Дана оценка основных тенденций в развитии культурно-гуманитарного направления во внешней политике Германии за указанный период. Сделан ряд выводов, позволяющих установить определенные закономерности и составить прогноз относительно возможностей трансформации немецкой внешней культурной политики.

Analysis of the foreign policy of Germany in 2005-2021 in the cultural and humanitarian aspect

The article puts on the discussion the use of the Federal Republic of Germany of various mechanisms of cultural, humanitarian and diplomatic influence in relation to neighboring, strategically important foreign states, as well as the nature of the use of "soft power" tools during Angela Merkel's chancellorship in the years between 2005 and 2021. An assessment is given and an analysis is made of the main trends in the development of the cultural and humanitarian direction in Germany's foreign policy for the specified period. Several conclusions have been made that allow us to establish certain patterns and make a forecast regarding the possibilities of transforming German foreign cultural policy in modern conditions.
