This article examines the relationship between cyber risks and the strategic resilience of major commodity corporations in the context of digital transformation. The main focus is on analyzing the transformation of digital threats from operational incidents into factors directly impacting the long-term competitiveness of a business. The timeliness of this study stems from the existing gap between the rapid digitalization of critical infrastructure and the often fragmented, reactive approaches to managing the associated risks, which is particularly relevant for the commodity sector. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model of the relationship between cyber risks and strategic resilience and to formulate practical recommendations for integrating the management of these risks into strategic planning. To achieve this, the following tasks are sequentially addressed: systematization and classification of industry cyber risks; comparative analysis of management practices in corporations in Russia and key Asian countries; development of a diagram of threat impact channels on resilience elements; and proposal of an algorithm for the transition to a strategically integrated management system. The methodological basis is an integrative approach that synthesizes the concepts of operational resilience, risk management, and the lifecycle of critical assets. Case studies are used to practically test this integration using real-world precedents, while comparative analysis allows us to identify the evolution and challenges of regulatory frameworks. The research's scientific novelty lies in its synthesis of aspects of strategic management, risk management, and corporate cybersecurity as applied to the commodities sector, as well as in its comprehensive comparative analysis from a regional perspective between Russia and Asia, which allows us to identify the impact of different national regulatory and corporate governance models. Results. The study developed a classification of cyber risks by level of strategic impact, identifying contextual differences and common challenges in the approaches of Russia and Asian countries. It was established that operational isolation of cybersecurity remains a key problem in all regions.
