Специфика профессиональной коммуникации в процессе карьерного развития учителя

Стратегия профессиональной карьеры предполагает максимальное личностное развитие через управление карьерой, предусматривает активизацию самообразования, профессиональных достижений, взаимодействие всех структурных звеньев управления карьерой, выявление общих интересов индивидов и организаций, интегративный характер и целостность управления карьерой. Авторы раскрывают важность профессионального общения для каждого аспекта профессиональной карьеры педагога. В данной статье рассматривается проблема управления профессиональной карьерой как одно из стратегических направлений развития организации, карьера представляется как своеобразный контекст профессионального развития педагогов. Доказывается взаимозависимость управления профессиональной карьерой и успешного развития школьной организации в целом, описывается проникновение профессионального общения во все сферы профессиональной карьеры как мощной объединяющей силы.

The specifics of the professional communication in the teachers' career development

The strategy of professional career assumes the maximum personal development through career management, provides activation of self-education, professional achievements, collaboration of all structural parts of career management, revealing of common interests of individuals and organizations, integrative nature and integrity of the career management. The authors reveal the importance of the professional communication for every aspect of teachers' professional career. This article shows the problem of professional career management as one of strategic directions of the organizational development. It represents career as an original context of professional development of teachers, proves interdependence of professional career management and successful development of the school organization as a whole, describes the penetration of professional communication in all spheres of professional career as a powerful unifying force.
