В статье разработан механизм социального партнерства институтов бизнеса, власти, образования и науки, направленный на обеспечение эффективной занятости молодежи. Выделены основные группы методов механизма социального партнерства. Предложена классификация инструментов механизма социального партнерства в зависимости от характера использования, времени воздействия, направления влияния и субъектов рынка труда. Уточнены определения "механизм социального партнерства", "инструмент механизма социального партнерства". Разработаны приоритетные направления механизма, ориентированные на повышение деятельности функционирования институтов социального партнерства.

This article works out the mechanism of social partnership of business institutions, rule, education and science focused on ensuring effective employment of youth. The main groups of methods of the mechanism of social partnership are singled out. The classification of instruments of the social partnership mechanism is proposed depending on the nature of use, the time of impact, the direction of influence and the subjects of the labor market.
