Оценка уровня адаптации иностранных студентов в вузах России и Европы на примере опыта ГБОУ ВО НГИЭУ

Статья содержит основные тезисы и предпосылки, определяющие актуальность мониторинга и оценки адаптации иностранных студентов в культурной и академической среде вуза. Автором представлено исследование проведения оценки процесса адаптации иностранных студентов ГБОУ ВО НГИЭУ, в сравнении с опытом обучения студентов вуза в качестве иностранных в Университете прикладных наук им. Ст. Войцеховского в Калише (Польша) в рамках программы включенного обучения. В статье проведен анализ структур учебных заведений, результаты анкетирования респондентов, а также оценка их уровня адаптации в таких областях, как первичная адаптация по прибытию, адаптация к культуре и образовательной системе, условия жизни, обучение, досуг, общая информация. Выявлены общие и различные черты в системах образовательных учреждений, предназначенных для работы с иностранными студентами, а также определены сильные и слабые стороны инфраструктуры и академической среды вузов в целом. По проведенному исследованию сделаны выводы и внесены предложения о необходимом развитии мультикультурной среды в образовательных учреждениях, а также последовательной и поэтапной системы адаптации иностранных студентов.
Assessment of adaptation level of foreign students in universities of Russia and Europe on the example of NIZHNY Novgorod State Engineering and Economic University

The article contains the main theses and preconditions that determine the relevance of the adaptation of foreign students monitoring and evaluation in cultural and academic environment of a university. The author presents a study of the evaluation of the adaptation process of foreign students of "Nizhny Novgorod state engineering and economic university", in comparison with the experience of the university students as foreign in the President Stanislaw Wojciechowski state university of applied sciences in Kalisz (Poland) in the framework of inclusive education. The article presents the analysis of the structures of both educational institutions, the results of the survey of respondents and their evaluation of the adaptation level in the areas of primary adaptation on arrival, adaptation to the culture and education system, living conditions, leisure, general information. The author identifies common and different features in the system of both educational institutions as for work with foreign students, and also the strengths and weaknesses of infrastructure and academic environment of these universities in general. According to the study, conclusion and suggestions are made for the development of multicultural environment in the educational institutions, as well as a sequential system of adaptation of foreign students.
