Цель исследования – на основании введенного ранее индексного инструментария выявить на плоскости масштабированных индексов AF и mm, Милитарные Сегменты Глобальной экономики. Индекс mm (the "military might") характеризует милитарные возможности страны. Индекс AF (the "Absolute Force") с равным весом учитывает экономические возможности страны (ВВП) и численность населения. Милитарные Сегменты объединяют страны, достаточно близко расположенные на плоскости {AF, mm}. Это группы стран с избыточной милитаризацией, или нормальной милитаризацией, или низкой милитаризацией. Выявленные таким образом милитарные сегменты на плоскости {AF, mm} ("AF-сегменты") сопоставлены с выявленными ранее Милитарно-Экономическими Сегментами и Милитарно-Демографическими Сегментами. Научная новизна заключается в использовании нового индексного инструментария, позволяющего выявлять Милитарные Сегменты на различных плоскостях пар экономических индексов. Привлечение данных об экономической продуктивности стран к изучению AF-сегментов выявило в результате отсутствие различий в уровнях милитаризации между главными Строительными Блоками Глобальной Экономики ("Глобальный Север", "Глобальный Юг" и "Страны Срединного Пути"). Милитарные Сегменты равномерно "переплетают" эти Строительные Блоки.

Military Segments of the Global Economy 2023 on the economic indices planes. IV. Absolute Force, Productivity and Militarity

The purpose of the research is to identify the Military Segments of the Global Economy on the plane of scaled indices AF and mm based on the previously introduced index tools. The index mm (the "military might") characterizes the military capabilities of the country. The index AF (the "Absolute Force") equally takes into account the economic capabilities of the country (GDP) and the population. The Military Segments unite countries that are located fairly closely on the plane {AF, mm}. These are groups of countries with excessive militarization, normal militarization or low militarization. The military segments identified in this way on the plane {AF, mm} (the "AF-segments") are compared with the previously identified Military-Economic Segments and Military-Demographic Segments. The scientific novelty lies in the use of new index tools that allow identifying the Military Segments on different planes of pairs of economic indices. Incorporating data on countries' economic productivity into the study of AF-segments, as a result, revealed that there are no differences in militarization levels between the main Building Blocks of the Global Economy (the "Global North", "Global South", and "MiddleWay Countries"). The Military Segments evenly "weave" these Building Blocks.
