Цель исследования – изучение двумерного распределения стран в 2023 г. на плоскости {Индекс Восприятия Коррупции CPI, Индекс Продуктивности П} с учетом принадлежности страны к некоторому "Строительному Блоку" на плоскости {Население, ВВП} и к некоторой "Модели Равновесия" на плоскости {Индикатор Равновесия b, Индекс Перфектности pf}. Научная новизна заключается в самом выявлении чёткой статистической связи (с высоким коэффициентом детерминации R2) между Индексом Восприятия Коррупции и Индексом Продуктивности для групп стран, принадлежащих одной "Модели Равновесия" при невысокой статистической достоверности такой связи для Глобальной Экономики в целом. Представленные данные позволяют в результате заключить, что для страны, не имеющей устойчивого ценового преимущества на неравновесных глобальных рынках, единственный путь к увеличению Продуктивности состоит, по-видимому, в стойком и постепенном снижении уровня коррупции.

The purpose of the research is to study the two-dimensional distribution of countries in 2023 on the plane {the Corruption Perception Index CPI, the Productivity Index П}, taking into account the country's belonging to a certain "Building Block" on the plane {Population, GDP} and to some "Equilibrium Model" on the plane {the Equilibrium Indicator b, the Perfectness Index pf}. The scientific novelty lies in the identification of a clear statistical connection (with a high coefficient of determination R2) between the Corruption Perception Index and the Productivity Index for groups of countries belonging to the same "Equilibrium Model" with the low statistical reliability of such a connection for the Global Economy as a whole. The presented data allows, as a result, to conclude that for a country that does not have a sustainable price advantage in unequilibrium global markets, the only way to increase Productivity appears to be a persistent and gradual reduction in the level of corruption.
