Цель исследования – изучение двумерного распределения стран в 2023 г. на плоскости экономических переменных {Индикатор Социально-Экономического Равновесия b, Индекс Перфектности pf}, описание структурных элементов этого распределения ("Моделей Равновесия") и сопоставление с аналогичными структурными элементами предшествующих лет. Научная новизна заключается в выявлении и формулировке экономического закона "инвариантности модели равновесия", суть которого состоит в том, что для большинства стран сохраняется принадлежность к определенной "Модели Равновесия", несмотря на изменения со временем экономических индексов стран. Представленные данные позволяют в результате заключить, что принадлежность страны к некоторой "Модели Равновесия" совместно с её принадлежностью к определенному "Строительному Блоку" на плоскости {ВВП, Население} даёт возможность сконструировать простое, наглядное и устойчивое во времени двумерное описание Глобальной экономики как малоразмерной матрицы вида {"Строительный Блок", "Модель Равновесия"}.

The purpose of the research is to study the two-dimensional distribution of countries in 2023 on the plane of economic variables {the Socio-Economic Equilibrium Indicator b, the Perfectness Index pf}, describe the structural elements of this distribution ("Equilibrium Models") and compare with similar structural elements of previous years. The scientific novelty lies in the identification and formulation of the economic law of "invariance of the equilibrium model", the essence of which is that for most countries their belonging to a certain "Equilibrium Model" is maintained, despite changes in the economic indices of countries over time. The presented data allows, as a result, to conclude that a country's belonging to a certain "Equilibrium Model", together with its belonging to a certain "Building Block" on the plane {GDP, Population}, makes it possible to construct a simple, visual and time-stable two-dimensional description of the Global Economy as a low-dimensional matrix of type {"Building Block", "Equilibrium Model"}.
