Статья посвящена изучению субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса через призму обеспечения их экономической безопасности. Выявлена значимость малых предприятий для обеспечения экономической безопасности на макроуровне. Авторами в работе изучены, обобщены и систематизированы ключевые характеристики экономической безопасности малых и средних предприятий, выделены основные угрозы их экономической безопасности. Рассмотрев два основных метода оценки экономической безопасности (индикаторный и ресурсно-функциональный), авторы отметили, что второй - является комплексным и наиболее подходит для оценки экономической безопасности малых предприятий. Проведен анализ функционирования малых предприятий в РФ, охарактеризована внешняя среда их функционирования. Сделаны предложения, направленные на укрепление экономической безопасности субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса, в том числе рассмотрен Механизм повышения экономической безопасности на макроуровне за счет оказания помощи государства в развитии малых предприятий.

Economic security of small and medium-sized businesses

The article is devoted to the study of small and medium-sized businesses through the prism of ensuring their economic security. The importance of small enterprises for ensuring economic security at the macro level has been revealed. The authors of the work studied, summarized and systematized the key characteristics of the economic security of small and medium-sized enterprises, and identified the main threats to their economic security. Having considered two main methods for assessing economic security (indicator and resource-functional), the authors noted that the second is comprehensive and most suitable for assessing the economic security of small enterprises. An analysis of the functioning of small enterprises in the Russian Federation was carried out, and the external environment of their functioning was characterized. Proposals were made aimed at strengthening the economic security of small and medium-sized businesses, including consideration of the Mechanism for increasing economic security at the macro level by providing state assistance in the development of small enterprises.
