В статье определены группы внутренних и внешних факторов, формирующих информационно-правовое поле и среду функционирования морской образовательной организации. Выявлены потенциальные риски невыполнения ожиданий основных заинтересованных сторон. Установлена связь между показателями выполнения ожиданий заинтересованных сторон и системой оценки качества деятельности морской образовательной организации. Определена система внешних и внутренних оценок качества морской образовательной организации согласно требованиям основных групп заинтересованных сторон.

Maritime educational organization in the system for assessing the quality of training crew members of sea vessels

The article defines the groups of internal and external factors that form the information-legal field and the environment of functioning of the marine educational organization. Potential risks of failure to meet the expectations of the main stakeholders have been identified. A link has been established between indicators of the fulfillment of the expectations of interested parties and a system for assessing the quality of the activities of the marine educational organization. The system of external and internal quality assessments of the maritime educational organization has been defined according to the requirements of the main groups of stakeholders.
