Критерии и показатели формирования личной ответственности курсантов ВООВО войск национальной гвардии России посредством правового воспитания в контексте социокультурного подхода

В статье проанализированы понятия: критерии, показатели, а также социокультурный подход. Авторами предлагаются и обосновываются следующие критерии результативности правового воспитания курсантов: мотивационный, когнитивный, мировоззренческий и деятельностный, их показатели, а также оценочные уровни (оптимальный, допустимый, критический) в контексте социокультурного подхода. Выявленные и аргументированные авторами критерии, показатели и уровни результативности правового воспитания курсантов военных образовательных организаций могут быть применены педагогами военных образовательных организаций высшего образования, командирами (начальниками), содействуя повышению результативности процесса правового воспитания.

Criteria and indicators of formation of personal responsibility of cadets of the National Guard troops of Russia by means of legal education in the context of socio-cultural approach

The article analyzes the concepts: criteria and indicators, sociocultural approach. The authors propose and substantiate the following criteria for the effectiveness of the process of legal education of cadets: motivational, cognitive, worldview and activity, their performance, as well as the levels (optimal, acceptable, critical) of the effectiveness of legal education of students in the context of a socio-cultural approach. Identified by the authors in the process of research and substantiated criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the process of legal education of cadets of military educational organizations can be used by teachers of military educational organizations, commanders (chiefs), contributing to improving the effectiveness of the legal education process in the formation of a harmoniously developed, socially active person with deep and stable legal beliefs, beliefs and feelings, inculcated in a high legal cult skills and habits of lawful behavior.
