Статья посвящена анализу методических принципов и представляет концептуальную схему разработки финансовой стратегии предприятия. Подробно рассмотрены этапы формирования финансовой стратегии предприятия - от порядка и принципов проведения финансового стратегического анализа, до моделирования будущего финансового состояния, формирования стратегического финансового плана и контроля его реализации. Определены базовые принципы формирования финансовой стратегии, необходимые в рамках реализации финансовой стратегии направления.

The article is devoted to the analysis of methodological principles and presents a conceptual scheme for the development of the financial strategy of an enterprise. The stages of the formation of the financial strategy of an enterprise are considered in detail, from the order and principles of conducting a financial strategic analysis to modeling the future financial state, forming a strategic financial plan and monitoring its implementation. The basic principles of the formation of a financial strategy, which are necessary as part of the implementation of the financial strategy of the direction, have been determined.
