Применение средств и методов занятий армспортом в учебно-тренировочном процессе курсантов (на примере подготовки курсантов вузов МВД России)

В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования профессионально ориентированной физической подготовки курсантов вузов МВД России. Автором выявлена актуальность данной проблематики и представлена степень научной разработанности проблемы. Также в статье актуализируется применение в процессе физической подготовки курсантов вузов средств и методов занятий армспортом в рамках учебно-тренировочного процесса. Автор анализирует методологическую ценность занятий армспортом с позиций как одного их основных путей решения задач качественной профессиональной физической подготовки, так и с позиций широкого спектра прикладных возможностей армспорта для решения иных профессионально важных двигательных задач.
Application of funds and methods of lessons by armwrestling in the educational-training process of cadets (on the example of training cadets at the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia)

The article deals with the issues of improving the professionally oriented physical training of cadets from the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The author reveals the relevance of this problem and presents the degree of scientific development of the problem. Also in the article, the application in the process of physical training of cadets of higher educational institutions of means and methods of employment by armsport within the framework of the training process is actualized. The author analyzes the methodological value of classes as an armsport from the standpoint of both one of the main ways of solving problems of qualitative professional physical training, and from the standpoint of a wide range of applied possibilities of arm sport for solving other professionally important motor tasks.
