Повышение эффективности управления расходами регионального бюджета в условиях реализации государственных программ

Статья посвящена оценке эффективности реализации государственных программ на современном этапе. Проведена оценка эффективности бюджетных расходов на примере реализации государственной программы Ставропольского края "Управление финансами". На основании выполненной оценки определены основные направления повышения эффективности бюджетных расходов. Сделан вывод о необходимости повышения качества подготовки государственных программ и формирования системы аудита эффективности государственных программ, с целью их корректировки на дельнейшую перспективу.

Increase of efficiency of management of expenses of the regional budget in the conditions of realization of the state programs

The article is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs at the present stage. An assessment of the effectiveness of budget expenditures was made using the example of the implementation of the Stavropol Territory state program "Financial Management". Based on the evaluation, the main directions for increasing the efficiency of budget expenditures have been identified. The conclusion is made about the need to improve the quality of the preparation of state programs and the formation of an audit system for the effectiveness of state programs, with the aim of adjusting them for the longer term.
